I. Overview & Acceptance
Uzyt is operated by Rynos LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. By registering or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.
Important: Uzyt is a peer-to-peer marketplace. Rynos LLC is NOT a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
II. Eligibility
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be a legal US resident
- Must not have been previously banned from the Platform
III. Account Registration
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
IV. Marketplace Rules
- All users must complete identity verification before transacting
- All transactions must be conducted through the Uzyt Platform
- You may not arrange payment outside of Uzyt to avoid platform fees
- Meetups must follow Uzyt Safe Meetup Guidelines
V. Listing Standards
- Accurate title, description, and condition
- Real unedited photos of the actual item
- Fair and honest pricing
- Items must be available at time of transaction
VI. Prohibited Items & Conduct
Prohibited Items
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Firearms or illegal weapons
- Stolen, counterfeit, or fraudulent goods
- Adult content or services
- Any item that violates federal, state, or local law
Prohibited Conduct
- Scamming, fraud, or deceptive practices
- Harassment or threats toward other users
- Creating multiple accounts to evade bans
- Manipulating reviews or ratings
VII. Transactions & Escrow
- Buyer payment is held securely until confirmed delivery
- Funds released to seller 24 hours after confirmation
- Buyers have 48 hours to report issues

IX. Disputes
- Open a dispute within 48 hours of receiving the item
- Rynos will review within 3 business days
- Decisions by Rynos are final
X. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RYNOS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF UZYT.
XI. Arbitration & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Illinois law. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration. You waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit.
